1Download the filled Excel above.
2Open it to check or edit your answers in column C. Don't rename sheets or change headers.
3Submit it at the official portal (below).
Final step

Submit at the official portal

  1. Open iib.gov.in/dr, IRDAI's consultation portal for this paper.
  2. Choose the option to upload the Excel template.
  3. Select the file you downloaded: IRDAI-Distribution-Reforms-Response.xlsx.
  4. Confirm and submit. Keep a copy of the file and any acknowledgement.

Prefer email? Use "Email draft" below, then attach the downloaded Excel file before sending. Use only one mode: upload or email, not both. IRDAI's press release of 24 Oct 2026 gives drfeedback@iib.gov.in for the completed Excel, with the subject line "Reforms for Recalibrating Economics of Insurance Distribution".

If the portal gives you its own pre-filled template, paste your answers from column C into that file instead. Limits from the template: 300 words per question (1,000 for Q32).

Email alternative and cover letter Optional
Email draft

If you email instead of uploading: attach the downloaded Excel file; the email opens with the subject line and a short cover note. IRDAI's press release of 24 Oct 2026 gives drfeedback@iib.gov.in as the address, with the subject line "Reforms for Recalibrating Economics of Insurance Distribution".
